Terms for using SenangLead

These terms govern the use of SenangLead, a CRM and customer-communication service operated by Batech Solution.

Using the service

You may use SenangLead only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, your customer commitments, and these terms. Workspace administrators are responsible for users and information added to their workspace.

Messaging integrations

WhatsApp and other integrations are subject to the relevant provider's policies, including template, consent, and customer-service rules. You must obtain any permission required before contacting a person and must not use SenangLead to send unlawful, deceptive, or unwanted communications.

Accounts and security

Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or compliance obligations.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SenangLead reliable, but features and third-party integrations may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update the service when needed for security, maintenance, or product improvement.
