Request deletion of your information

Email batechsdnbhd@gmail.com with the subject “SenangLead data deletion request”.

Include your name, the email address or WhatsApp phone number connected to the request, the organisation or workspace name if known, and enough detail for us to identify the relevant record.

We will acknowledge the request, verify the requester where needed, and coordinate with the relevant workspace administrator when that workspace controls the information. We will confirm completion or explain any lawful reason that limited information must be retained.

For data supplied through a WhatsApp Business integration, we will remove SenangLead-held records within our control. Meta may retain separate records under its own policies, so you may also need to submit a request through Meta's privacy controls.
