How SenangLead handles information

We process account and workspace details, such as names, email addresses, roles, and business contact details. Customers using SenangLead may also enter lead, client, property, appointment, and communication information.

When WhatsApp features are enabled, we process the identifiers, templates, delivery status, and message information needed to provide the requested integration.

We use information to operate the service, route and manage leads, deliver requested notifications, secure accounts, provide support, and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We only use it for the service requested by the relevant SenangLead workspace and as required by law.

We may use infrastructure, email, payment, messaging, and analytics providers to operate SenangLead. If a workspace connects WhatsApp, relevant information is processed by Meta and other selected messaging providers under their own terms and privacy notices.
